The double-door warehouse cage is designed for workstations arranged in rows on the shop floor, where staff pick and put back goods from both sides at once. A standard cage has a door on only one side and a fixed mesh panel on the other; reaching material from that side means turning the whole cage around, which is inconvenient. The double-door build opens front and back, so staff can pick and place from whichever side they stand — a clear workstation-efficiency gain. There is a trade-off: once the door is open, the cage cannot be stacked. The stacking feet press above the door, so an opened door would be blocked. Double-door cages suit single-layer layouts with frequent two-side material pickup, not multi-layer stacking. Plan this point before selecting.
