The warehouse cage is a common unit-load container in logistics, widely used in high-bay warehouses, production floors and distribution centers. It moves with various handling equipment and stacks four high on its own for vertical storage. Empty cages fold flat to save space. Operation is simple; the galvanized surface resists corrosion from factory and outdoor environments, for a long service life. The whole cage is spot-welded from high-tensile steel bars, with the bottom reinforced by welded U-channel steel for a stronger structure. Line-board or cardboard liners inside protect surfaces that scratch easily. Structurally, the cage uses a special caster-style base built on mechanical principles, so it sits flat on the floor and stacks stably, and forklifts, pallet trucks and trolleys can load and unload it. The bottom wire frame is reinforced with welded U-channel steel to hold load capacity and rigidity. A steel identification plate can be added for easy recognition.
