The warehouse cage is a standard product in unitized logistics turnover, widely used in automated warehouses, production workshops, distribution centers, auto parts plants, tobacco, food and chemicals, and express logistics. Features of the foldable warehouse cage: stackable to three or four layers; folds flat when not in use to save space; caster wheels can be added to the bottom for easy turnover; forklifts can enter from all four sides, raising efficiency. Manufacturing process: the cage consists mainly of mesh panels, end posts, and a bottom frame. Q235 high-wire rod is drawn into thin wire of roughly 5.5~6.0 diameter, cut to length, and spot-welded into semi-finished mesh panels. The panels then get a surface treatment, usually electro-galvanizing or powder coating; galvanizing resists rust better than powder coating. Wire diameter is the key load-bearing factor. The bottom frame is rolled from steel plate, commonly 1.6~3.5 thick, cut and manually welded into profile. The bottom frame is the load-bearing foundation. Every contact point between the profile and the mesh panels is fully welded, giving stronger load capacity and a much longer service life than spot welding.
