The main raw material is high-tensile wire drawn from Q235 high-carbon rod, typically 4.8mm, 5mm, 6mm or 6.4mm wire diameter. Panels are spot-welded at mesh pitches of 50×100, 100×100, 50×50 or 25*25, then galvanized or powder-coated (most cages are galvanized). The bottom is welded U-channel, rolled on a cold-rolled strip mill, with the four bottom corners stamped in one operation. After surface treatment, panels are joined with special clips and coil springs into the finished cage. Sizes follow the customer's product. When purchasing, consider the outer dimensions of your product, the load required, whether the cage is for storage or turnover, and whether stacking is needed.
