By the length, width, height, and weight of the stored material (parts, semi-finished goods, boxed goods), set the outer dimensions, with common references of 800*600*640mm, 1000*800*840mm, and 1200*1000*890mm; mesh openings run from 50*50mm to 100*100mm; shelf levels come as single or multi-layer, fixed or removable; choose a foldable structure (folds flat when idle) or a fixed one (suited to heavy materials). Dimension two: material and protection customization. Use quality raw material; wire diameter runs from 4.5mm to 6.4mm, thicker meaning stronger load, with custom loads of 500kg to 2000kg. Surface treatment options include powder coating (rust-resistant and clean, colors optional) and hot-dip galvanizing (corrosion-resistant, for damp or outdoor settings). For precision parts, add inner liners or protective pads to prevent bumps. Dimension three: function customization. Add a door (single or double swing door for easy picking), a towing attachment (to suit forklifts or tow tractors), or a label bar (for material classification).
